We offer fully tracked shipping to the United States. Every piece is packaged by hand — wrapped in tissue, boxed with corner protection, designed to arrive exactly as it left the studio.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Transit typically takes 7–21 days depending on your location. Carriers may vary by destination — if your package experiences any delay, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package from studio to front door.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for items in new, unused condition. Return shipping is on us for approved returns.
Please email support@aquachateau.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a prepaid label.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — no questions that make you feel bad for asking.
